The JC-2 is a semi-automatic filling and capping machine that can fill and cap pouches with spouts using a single unit. It uses a mono pump, making it capable of filling high-viscosity products such as food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, industrial products, and miso. Even if the spout diameter changes, it can be accommodated with part replacements, and the capping process allows for precise torque adjustments using a motor and torque adjustment device.
